QUIZ, the international and omni-channel womenswear fast-fashion brand, has featured as one of ten “Ones to Recognise” in The Sunday Times 18th annual BDO Profit Track 100.
The Ones to Recognise list acknowledges companies that have had, and predict, good profit growth but do not yet qualify for the Profit Track 100 league table which ranks Britain’s 100 private companies with the fastest-growing profits over their latest three years. QUIZ has grown profits by 32 percent a year and for the year ended 31 March 2016 revenue increased to a record £87.4m.
The Sunday Times list recognises ten rising stars and to be included, the judges evaluate the strength of the company’s management, their commitment to reinvesting profits in innovation and growth and profit over the past three years.
Tarak Ramzan, founder and chief executive of QUIZ said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the company and we are delighted to be recognised. The QUIZ brand has a growing and loyal customer base and we are excited about the future growth potential as we look to expand our presence in the UK and internationally. QUIZ started as a store in Glasgow and it is now has more than 300 outlets spanning across 20 countries and a growing online presence.
A judging panel led by serial entrepreneur, Luke Johnson, will choose an overall winner from the ten. The winning company will receive a special award at the Profit Track 100 national awards dinner in June.
